The doors from Fire Doors Empire are equipped with heavy-duty hinges featuring ball bearings, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. One of the hinges is a self-closing spring hinge, which automatically keeps the door closed at all times, enhancing safety and security.

The hardware used in Fire Doors Empire’s doors is of the highest quality, offering unique functions that are unmatched in the market. Each door comes with a lock, handles (or panic hardware), Euro cylinders, and three keys, all designed for superior performance.

The locks are specially engineered for versatility, allowing them to be used for both left and right-hand doors. They also feature a panic/anti-panic function, which can be easily switched using a setscrew, offering flexibility and peace of mind.

The handle, lock, and panic hardware are installed as a mono-block system, where four long bolts pass through the lock, creating an exceptionally strong connection between the handles and the panic hardware on the opposite side. This robust design prevents handles from becoming loose or tearing out, even under harsh conditions, ensuring the fire door and hardware set remain durable and long-lasting.

The handle and panic bar are made from rust-proof cast aluminum, suitable for all climate conditions. While the standard hardware color is black, any RAL color can be provided for high-volume orders.

Additionally, fire-rated windows can be installed on the door leaves upon request, with stock sizes available in 500 x 500 mm and 300 x 400 mm. Louvers can also be added upon request, providing further customization options to meet specific needs.
